Components of Full Contact Coaching™ include:
Two one-on-one, monthly 60 minute scheduled coaching calls using a Client Prep form designed to provide structure in discussing the issues important to you.
A third call. A 90-minutemonthly Group Goal Review Mastermind call. On this call we will use Teleconferencing and Webinar technology to share, discuss, reinforce, and encourage your goal achievement through an exciting and supportive group setting. Real-time accountability and leadership development.
Quarterly 90-minute Team Teleconference—facilitated by Coach Ron; recorded and posted on line for download to your computer. These Teleconference calls will serve as a timely and on-going team interaction with the Vision of the practice. A structured and interactive process will enable all members of the team to report on challenges; successes; new initiatives; and accountability to practice goals and outcomes.
Doctor and Staff access to "Spot Coaching" on a P.R.N. basis. Communication challenges; short question regarding a practice issue…your team will have access to your Coach who will be supporting your Core Values.

Option A: Back-to-BackFull Day Office Observation followed by a Full Day Team Retreat (2 full days on-site)
The two-days of observation include an in-office evaluation that involves my non-invasive observation and information gathering.
A full report with recommendations will be provided to you and your team for on-going coaching throughout the year. To be delivered within 30 days of visit.
The second day is an exciting team retreat where, interactively, goals are established; directions are forged; and challenging issues are brought to resolution. This may include developing annual goals; hands-on-efforts to create a viable marketing plan with budgets; or even active "role-playing" exercises.
The doctor and team can choose to "work-on" specific practice issues as well as dig much deeper into the observations and challenges identified by my observations noted the day before.

Option B:Huddle at the House™--a personalized B&B weekend business/life planning experience at Dr. Ron's home. Huddle-at-the-House™is a two-day, profound, personal, and intensive weekend with Coach Ron. While the environment will be warm, safe, and comfy, you can expect your outcomes to be transformational.
The prescription is written by you.
This Huddle-at-the-House™ can be a time when you and I develop your personal and business goals and long-range plan using the techniques I have used in all three of my careers; we could develop an exciting marketing plan that will honor your vision and really do what you want it to do; or we can recreate your entire practice Vision consistent with what is really, really important for you.
We also have the option to include your spouse and work on processes that will obligate the two of you to really, really, really plan out your lives. I would invite my Sweetness, Trish to participate as she has the ability to bring "real-life" wife insights. After all, I had to coach her and we have been doing this for over 30 years together.
Monthly analysis of Client Practice Statistics. Comments and suggestions for immediate attention will be provided along with vivid graphic displays of key practice monitors.
Monthly, scheduled P.R.N. Mastermind™ calls with ALL client staff members (Chairside; Hygiene; and Administrative focus rotated monthly)—all calls recorded and posted on line (protected site) for download to be used for individual training & evaluation, review for other specific staff members or used at your monthly team meeting. Team members are encouraged and supported to bring up "their" issues and "the practice's" issues for discussion and idea-generation among peers across the country.
Access to newly written articles; Top Tens and Fives; and relevant scanned articles will be shared before seen in publications or on-line.
Review & Comment (outside of coaching calls) on your submitted documents such as newsletters; agreements; spreadsheets; position descriptions; team meeting outlines; annual plans; time-lines; etc. to provide you with an objective evaluation and feedback.
