Mastermind with Professional Administrators

This week, as a gift ot my clients, I facilitated a Mastermind call for any who wanted their Administrative or auxiliary team members to participate.  It was fun and full of insights.  When I tell you that “no one is as smart as all of us” this Mastermind was a good example of that concept.  There were lots of marketing ideas and suggestions to reduce no-shows and failed appointments.  One of the talented ladies explained how they use an electronic system to confirm their patient visits and have virtually eliminated holes in their schedule.  I recorded the call and invited any of the participants to request the MP3 recording.  All you need to do is email me the request.  The feedback I have received has been very positive.
