Internal Marketing for your Dental Practice

Internal Marketing for your Dental Practice

Dr. James Stafford from Vacherie, Louisiana has a very unique and simple way to market his practice. He believes that a happy and content team is one that will take better care of his patients and do it with a sense of joy.

At the end of each day he asks his team members this one question before they leave the office: “what positive experience did you have today?" Simple; easy to remember; inexpensive; and a constructive way to send them home to their families with a sense of appreciation and a feeling of accomplishment.

Most recently at his morning huddle he reminded them to stay vigilant to opportunities when he made this request: “I’m reminding you to be thinking about your positive experience for the day….you just never know when it will pop up and surprise you.” Why not try Dr. Stafford’s POSITIVE EXPECTANCY approach in your office. When you do, come back here and post your comment to the success that is showing up in your business.

    Hello Coach,
thanks for sharing this idea. Although it may sound easy to do, this can be a challenge to get some people to think of the “good” or the “positive” esperiences or their day. James
