Happy Valentines’s Day & Welcome to Cleveland Weather

Here I sit on arguably on of the most romantic days of the year (Valentines Day) and Cleveland, Ohio is being pummeled by one of the worst blizzard-type storms since 1978.  Trish (Sweetness) is home as our local schools have been closed and we certainly don’t want her little Kindergarten children out in the snow.  So, now that I think about it, today may be more romantic than I had thought.

So, with that as a backdrop what is your policy in your office around “snow days”?  Do you cancell your patients?  Do you call staff to stay home?  Do you pay them for the day even though they may not be in the office all day?  Do you call it a day and enjoy your kids?  Tell me………….
