Dr. Ron’s BLOG Challenge

How well are you tracking the line items in your financial statement?  What is your percentage of TOTAL staff costs relative to your practice revenue?  If it’s high, what are the top three steps you would take to get this category under control?  Most dentists have no clue…no clue as to their real overhead costs, let alone the staff costs.  My challenge this week is to hear from those who can answer the above question:  what are the three top steps to take to get staff costs under control?
