How Am I Doing As Your Boss

This month I have had several clients who have recently lost staff persons…for a variety of reasons.  As you can imagine, some were amicable separations while others were “strained”.  In my coaching with these frustrated; angry; and often-times “hurt” doctors, I asked them about the real possibility of looking inward to REALLY determine what kind of a boss they might be.  If you want to test yourself by asking your staff, click on this link: How Am I Doing?  Take the time to collate the results and analyze what YOU might want or need to do to improve YOUR leadership.  If you are honest….and if your team is honest, I have a feeling that you will discover the seeds of great personal and leadership growth.  I know I did when I got my results from my team.  Hell, I thought I was perfect!  NOT.
