Dr. Ron’s Client Staff Mastermind Call

This year as a “gift” to my clients I have added a monthly, rotating Auxiliary Mastermind call on the first Thursday (generally)of the month.

This past week was the “kick-off” with the first call for my client’s Administrative staff. It was a HUGE success! We had 14 offices participating with over 20 Administrative team members asking questions; offering suggestions, and actively learning from one another.

It was very interactive and great fun.

The down side…not enough time. We talked about dealing with failed appointments and short notice cancellations; case acceptance; we only touched the topic of scheduling challenges; and we received a lot of ideas about “getting in touch” with your patients needs. Kimberly from Dr. Walter’s office has offered to provide their examples of letters sent to patients who fail appointments.

If you send me an email with “KIM’S LETTERS” in the subject line and identify that you or your dental auxiliary was on the call I will forward this valuable information to you.

I heard participant comments like: “the financial close ideas were really helpful”; “this was my first Mastermind call and they are extremely informative”; “it’s nice to know others have these same issues and I’m not all alone”; and one caller said: “just not enough time…can we make these longer?” So, keep your eyes open to your emails; fax; or my blog posts as I will remind you that I will be holding our February Mastermind calls for your Chairside Auxiliaries on the 7th and on March 6th for your Hygienists from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. EASTERN time.

I would suggest you reserve the time to enable them to have 60 minutes of fun & interactive learning and sharing with their peers.
