Annual Goal Planning

I know the title above is “ugly” to some people, yet the truth is if you want to live the life you really want you must establish goals.  People with goals succeed because they know where they’re going.  It’s just that simple!

My past posts on annual goal planning have been focused on our businesses.  However, if we don’t establish personal and family goals and orchestrate an annual plan to get them, how much business does the business need to produce?

• What kinds of vacations do we want this year?  How much will they cost?
• How much do we need to fund the kids college this year?
• What repairs or maintenance on the house will be required?
• What kind of involvement do we intend to have in our community?
• How on-track are we with our retirement investment program?
• Just how much money do we need to keep this household afloat?
