Annual Goal Planning

12 November 2007

As the end of the year is rapidly approaching I am concerned about how many of my clients have not arranged time with their team to plan out their agenda for 2008.  This is a reminder so click on this link!  How important is it for you to know where you want to end up by December 31, 2008?  What do you expect from your staff?  Here is a simple Staff Questionnaire–click here (compliments of Dr. James Stafford) to expect them to complete and return to you prior to an annual meeting.  Some say, “what could you talk about for 6-8 hours?”  Here is a very sketchy outline that is guaranteed to fill up a day….and then some.

Three Coaching questions for you relative to what you want to accomplish in 2008 for your business:

  1. What went particularly well in 2007 that I want to replicate in 2008?
  2. The one thing I defintely want to accomplish in my business in 2008 is?
  3. What’s getting in my way from accomplishing this goal and what ACTION steps must I take to overcome them?
