Dental Practice Management…what really works

Top Ten Keys To Running A Successful Practice

I’m looking to add to my list of Top Tens.

When my clients struggle to determine why their practice is not progressing the way they want or as fast as they want, it may be helpful to reflect on some of the ideas practiced regularly by successful practitioners. What ideas do you have that I can share with my clients. I’ll give you full attribution as I develop my list.

  1. Linda Zdanowicz Says:

Hi Dr. Ron, one of the best ways to make a practice move forward is to hire staff that has integrity, motivation and dedication. Then, treat that staff well. The staff is so important in increasing patient loyalty and satisfaction. An uncaring, uncommitted staff can ruin even the best dentist’s efforts.
Next, find out what your patients want. Treat them as individuals and don’t have preconceived notions about what they should want. Educate and wait. Make them understand the pros and cons of treatment options so they can want the treatment. Those are the 2 biggies off the top of my head.

Hire RIGHT, treat them well; and then ask your patients lots of questions before finalizing your treatment plan……make them part of the solution. Wonderful advise Linda. Thank you.
