10 Ways to make the world a kinder place

Three weeks ago I had a coaching call with one of the hygienists from one of my clients offices.  Fortunately my doctor client realized that there was a lot of negativity and gossip going on in his office and wisely he “gifted” his most negative staff person a coaching call with me.

Wow…….was she negative!!!  I was exhausted just listening to her rant.  I challenged her; I offered several tools to better communicate; and she was obligated to look deep within herself for why she was so negative.  In addition, I made one request of her as a way to see the “world” through another set of glasses.  Because she was so unhappy with her current office, I wanted to encourage her to “imbibe” herself with some GOOD thoughts and report back to me the impact positive thinking might have on her attitude.  I asked her to subscribe to Gimundo.com.  Just last week she called me briefly to tell me how she is working on her “stinkin-thinkin” and getting a daily dose of feel-good is making a positive difference in here life.  My client tells me the difference over the past two weeks in her attitude has been demonstrative.
