Your WORK How Much Do You Enjoy It?

According to a Gibson & Co. study, 55 percent of employees plan to quit or think often of quitting.  What is the relationship you or your employees have not only with each other but with the “work” that each of you are doing?  In addition to making certain that the “work” gets done, doctors and team members still need to be concerned with the  performance of the most important link in the team–people.  Here is a WORK ASSESSMENT to download and see for yourself.  You may want to make copies for each of your team members and compare notes.  Don’t forget to take it yourself doctor.
