How to Reduce No Shows in Your Practice

Over the past week while reviewing monthly statistics with one of my clients it became obvious that he was not hitting his practice objectives because of the many openings in his schedule.  After asking more questions it was even more obvious that he and his team were letting their patients “get away with murder” with regards to simply not showing up or calling last minute.  I explained that when patients fail to show up for their scheduled visits it can wreak avoc with your business.  Here are some timely tips to help reduce this costly and frustrating problem……restaurants; dog groomers; appliance repair services; and airlines don’t put up with this irresponsible behavior….why should you?
