How do I find candidates for an open position?

STOP being a secret!!!!!  We do such a great job of keeping it a secret that we have a position open in our office.  I sometimes wonder if it isn’t because we are embarassed that others will think we are lousy leaders?  Or that we are unable to keep employees?  Or that we are terrible to work for?  Perhaps good questions for each of us to ask ourselves………….then give an honest answer!!!

I do have a simple and effective technique called the “Dental Bounty Form” that, when used with enthusiasm and positive expectancy, will generate a large number of leads within your practice.  Get over the fact that you look like your groveling!  That’s ridiculous.  Eliminate the outdated thinking that you will be imposing on your patients!  Your patients really want to help you.  And, don’t fall for the “stinking thinking” that you will have to deal with patients who are wanting jobs but you don’t want them to work in your office.  Set your boundaries and expectations in advance.  All are simply excuses for what is a fact…………this Dental Bounty process WORKS!  I am attaching the “generic” form.  If you want insights on the “finesse” on how to educate your team and then deliver this sure-fire tool to your patients, you can contact me personally.  If you’re not a client, my P.R.N.
