Dr. Ron is “walking” for the Cure

I (WE) NEED YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT.  From August 17th through the 19th, I along with “Sweetness” (my wife Trish) and my “Favorite Oldest Daughter” (Ashley) will be walking 60 miles in The Cleveland Breast Cancer 3-Day.  We have each committed to raise $2,200 EACH for the privilege of walking in this event.  A total of $6,600 bucks we need to raise.  Aside from all the money,  you’re probably thinking….”That’s a lot of walking”.  I’m thinking the same thing…and in 3 days.  For those of you who know me personally, you recognize that I’m a “helleva” ATHLETE…..for those of you who do not know me personally, I’m NOT really!  However, we’re making the commitment to raise the money AND do the walk. 

Please take a moment and click on “Walking for the Cure” to learn how you can support us in making breast cancer a memory.  I realize “everyone and their brother” is asking you to dig into your pockets.  I know the feeling as I get it all the time as well.  For those who have contributed already…….THANK YOU!!!!!  However, if you have not, whatever you can spare will make a HUGE difference.  Remember, this is tax deductable.  In addition, we will welcome your emails of support; we welcome your comments at the end of this post; and we very much will welcome your monitary contributions.  The link above will direct you to how to make your support a reality. 

Finally, I just know that if I complete this 60-mile walk I will be restored to my original 17-year old physique…the one in the photo if you clicked on the link above.  Now I know there are those women who want to see what a 17 year old Dr. Ron looked like.  Think of that at the end of the 60-miles????????  Sweetness is!
